These Terms govern your purchase and use of a VicMap licence from Vic Tech (SSM 201903358170 / 003061551-D), the publisher of the VicMap app. By buying a licence key or using the app beyond the free trial, you agree to these Terms.
VicMap is an offline field-mapping app for Android and iOS. A licence key unlocks the full app for a fixed term (currently 2 years) on a set number of devices ("seats"). Some licences include the optional web Dashboard (report inbox, map library, seat management) — decided at the time of purchase.
New users get a 14-day free trial with no account and no card required. The trial is how we expect most people to decide whether VicMap fits their work before paying.
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on vicmap.victech.my. Payment is processed by Billplz (online banking / FPX). A sequential invoice (format VT-YYYY-NNNN) is issued for every paid order and emailed to you.
Licence keys are for your own use or your company's field crews. Reselling, sharing a Personal key across unrelated parties, or attempting to bypass device-seat limits is a breach of these Terms and may result in the key being revoked.
Licences run for a fixed 2-year term and do not auto-renew — we do not store card details for recurring billing. Near expiry, the app and Dashboard show a reminder; you renew by buying a new term at the then-current price.

VicMap is provided "as is". Field data (maps, markings, tracks) is stored on your own device — we strongly recommend keeping your own backups. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vic Tech's liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

VicMap 是一款供 Android 与 iOS 使用的离线现场地图应用。授权码会在固定期限内(目前为 2 年)、在指定数量的设备("席位")上解锁完整功能。部分授权包含可选的网页版 Dashboard(报告收件箱、地图库、席位管理)—— 于购买时决定。
新用户享有 14 天免费试用,不需注册账号、不需信用卡。我们预期大多数人会用这段时间判断 VicMap 是否适合自己的工作,再决定是否付费。
价格以马币(RM)显示于 vicmap.victech.my。付款由 Billplz 处理(网上银行 / FPX)。每笔成功付款的订单都会开立一张连号发票(格式 VT-YYYY-NNNN)并寄送给你。
授权码供你本人或你公司的现场队伍使用。转售、把个人版授权码分享给不相关的人,或试图绕过设备席位限制,均属违反本条款,可能导致授权码被撤销。
授权固定为 2 年一期,不会自动续费 —— 我们不会为了循环扣款而保存你的银行卡资料。临近到期时,应用与 Dashboard 会显示提醒;你可以按当时的价格购买新一期来续期。
请参阅另外的退款政策,它是本条款的一部分。
VicMap 按"现状"提供。现场资料(地图、标记、轨迹)存放在你自己的设备上 —— 我们强烈建议你自行备份。在马来西亚法律允许的范围内,Vic Tech 就本应用相关索赔所承担的责任,以你为该授权支付的金额为上限。
我们可能不时更新本条款;以你购买当下生效的版本为准。

Terma ini mentadbir pembelian dan penggunaan lesen VicMap anda daripada Vic Tech (SSM 201903358170 / 003061551-D), penerbit aplikasi VicMap. Dengan membeli kunci lesen atau menggunakan aplikasi melangkaui tempoh percubaan percuma, anda bersetuju dengan Terma ini.
VicMap ialah aplikasi pemetaan lapangan luar talian untuk Android dan iOS. Kunci lesen membuka aplikasi penuh untuk tempoh tetap (kini 2 tahun) pada bilangan peranti ("slot") yang ditetapkan. Sesetengah lesen termasuk Dashboard web pilihan (peti masuk laporan, pustaka peta, pengurusan slot) — ditentukan semasa pembelian.
Pengguna baharu mendapat percubaan percuma 14 hari tanpa akaun dan tanpa kad. Percubaan ini adalah cara kami menjangkakan kebanyakan orang menilai sama ada VicMap sesuai untuk kerja mereka sebelum membayar.
Harga dipaparkan dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM) di vicmap.victech.my. Pembayaran diproses oleh Billplz (perbankan dalam talian / FPX). Invois bernombor turutan (format VT-YYYY-NNNN) dikeluarkan bagi setiap pesanan berbayar dan dihantar ke e-mel anda.
Kunci lesen adalah untuk kegunaan anda sendiri atau kru lapangan syarikat anda. Menjual semula, berkongsi kunci Peribadi dengan pihak yang tidak berkaitan, atau cuba memintas had slot peranti adalah pelanggaran Terma ini dan boleh menyebabkan kunci dibatalkan.
Lesen berjalan untuk tempoh tetap 2 tahun dan tidak diperbaharui secara automatik — kami tidak menyimpan butiran kad untuk pengebilan berulang. Menjelang tamat tempoh, aplikasi dan Dashboard memaparkan peringatan; anda memperbaharui dengan membeli tempoh baharu pada harga semasa.
Sila rujuk Dasar Bayaran Balik kami yang berasingan, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Terma ini.
VicMap disediakan "seadanya". Data lapangan (peta, tanda, trek) disimpan pada peranti anda sendiri — kami amat menggalakkan anda membuat sandaran sendiri. Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang Malaysia, liabiliti Vic Tech bagi sebarang tuntutan berkaitan aplikasi ini terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar untuk lesen tersebut.
Kami mungkin mengemas kini Terma ini dari semasa ke semasa; versi yang berkuat kuasa pada masa pembelian anda mentadbir pembelian tersebut.
