Pro Report adds a worker register, wage units and material records to VicMap — filled in on the phone, out in the block, with no signal. The report that comes out is what you settle wages against. It's an add-on to a VicMap company key: no second app, no new login.

Every new name spends one, and spent stays spent. Fixing a typo is free for 7 days; after that, a new name counts as a new person.

Both counters have to hold. Fill either one and VicMap stops taking new workers until you add a pack — the app shows both numbers, so you always know which wall you're at.

Does it really work with no signal at all?

In the field, yes — the map, your position, marking, tracks and report generation all run entirely on the phone, no data connection needed. You only need signal twice: once to get and activate your key, and again when you want to share a finished report.

Which maps can I use?

Any georeferenced PDF — GeoPDFs exported from ArcMap/ArcGIS, QGIS and similar tools. If your map has coordinates embedded, VicMap will find them, including vector A0 tasking sheets that stay sharp at deep zoom.

Our survey sheets use the Timbalai datum. Will positions be right?

Yes — VicMap detects the map's datum and applies the Timbalai/Everest shift automatically where it applies, so your GPS dot lands where you actually stand, not 300 metres away.

Can I try it before buying?

How does licensing work?

You get an activation code and paste it once into the app — that's it. No account, no login. You only need signal for that one activation; after that it runs offline in the field. Codes carry your company name, device count and validity, and the app keeps itself updated over the air so you're always on the latest.

What if I get a new phone or lose my old one?

You move your licence yourself: install VicMap on the new phone and enter the same key. The app releases the old phone and activates the new one — even if the old one is lost or broken. How many moves you get depends on your key: a Personal key (including Personal + Dashboard) gets 1 move a year, and each used move comes back a year later. The app shows your remaining moves and, when they're used up, when the next one returns. Enterprise keys move devices without limit from the office dashboard.

What phones does it run on?

Android and iPhone/iPad. It's light on storage and battery, and built to be used with one hand in the field.
