A VicMap licence key is a digital product, issued and usable the moment payment clears. The 14-day trial exists precisely so you can make that decision with the real app, on your own device, before any money changes hands — so we ask you to try first, not buy first and decide later.
Subscriptions bought through the iOS App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Refunds for those purchases follow Apple's own App Store refund policy and process — request them directly from Apple, not from us.
If something about your order genuinely looks wrong (for example, a charge you don't recognise), contact support@victech.my with your invoice number (format VT-YYYY-NNNN) and we'll look into it.
